We are seeking a dedicated, patient and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join a leading provider of hearing solutions dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.

The role


This permanent role will see you working in the Parkside office on a flexible rotating roster across AUS and NZ business hours.

There are Full time and Part time roles available.

Some of the duties involved will include:

  • Reach out to the community and make a meaningful impact by helping individuals overcome hearing challenges.
  • Offer complimentary health services to eligible customers
  • Educate customers on the importance of hearing health
  • Liaise with clinics and customers to schedule appointments
Ideally, you will have experience in Customer service, either face-to-face or phone-based. If you have experience in call centre, retail, hospitality, childcare or hairdressing, we want to hear from you

  • Clear Communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
- empathy and genuine desire to help people improve their quality of life

  • Goaldriven and able to work under KPI's and targets
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
