About the Role:


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer and Administration Representative will operate within our Wine Packaging Services located at Ottoway.

This exciting role is primarily responsible for providing superior and efficient customer and administrative services to the business in particular our wine logistic and production administration areas.


Responsibilities:


This role will suit a dynamic and energetic individual who is highly methodical with the ability to anticipate the needs of the business.


Responsibilities of this diverse role includes:

  • Providing assistance with and resolving customer inquiries
  • Logistics coordination, order dispatching and data entry
  • General administration and provision of support to the management team

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands and deadlines
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Understanding of administrative and logistic systems with advanced MS computer skills
  • Passion for supporting and working with people with disability
  • Knowledge of the wine industry would be advantageous


To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative and customer service expertise in a team environment.


Also Required

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
  • Fully COVID vaccinated (or relevant exemption)
