About the role:
Working on the
Deposit Solutions desk in NAB Markets, the role will assist in management and executing of our key customer Term Deposit needs.
Key attributes will include the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, to be efficient in workflow management, and work in a team-based environment.
The role will also provide you with the opportunity to proactively develop technical capabilities and take ownership of a customer experience across the broader Markets division.
Your key responsibilities will include although not limited to:
- Management of customer Term Deposit relationships
- Assisting with the smooth running of the team by following up on inquiries and liaising with product areas, dealers, bankers, clients and operations as required
- Maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing the right solutions for individual customer cash flow needs.
