Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate network, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Onboard New Affiliate Partners: Find and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network and provide them with ongoing support and guidance to optimize their marketing efforts.
- Monitor and Evaluate Affiliate Performance: Track and analyze affiliate performance to ensure they meet predefined KPIs and targets.
- Day-to-Day Engagement and Communication: Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Marketing Materials and Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
- Education and Training: Educate affiliates on our products, services, and promotional offers to enhance their marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in crypto, online gaming, and affiliate marketing.
- Competitive Landscape: Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.
- Prior Experience in Marketing: Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries, is highly desirable.
- Data Analysis and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
- Marketing Principles and Strategies: A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
- Problem-Solving and Creativity: The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions to enhance affiliate performance.
