Your daily contributions:
  • Engage with customers through various channels and manage customer inquiries
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and document procedures related to settlements
  • Keep our CRM system updated with accurate information
  • Assist in financial settlements and oversee budget management
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis
What you bring to the team:
  • Prior experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement and support
  • Proficient in CRM system operations
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and high call volumes efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet deadlines effectively
