Summary:

Opportunity to join the QGC service team as a Service Coordinator to provide operational support.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

- _ Provide support to the QGC service teams_

  • Raise and issue Extension of Time (EOT's) and Variations
- _ Updating of registers_

  • Liaise with the branches to ensure equipment is made available on site to meet contract requirements
  • Complete Monthly reporting
  • Attend schedule review meetings

Qualifications:

  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Provide high level customer service to customers and fellow employees
  • Perform well under pressure whilst meeting specific deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work Independently and in a team environment
