About the Role


Metro is currently looking for an Access Coordinator to work with the South Eastern Program Alliance (SEPA) on the South Dynon Train Maintenance Facility Upgrade.


The Access Coordinator will support the Rail Disruption Manager to facilitate and expedite access to Rail Infrastructure via planned railway track Occupations/Book-Outs.

This is achieved through ensuring the MTM/VLine standards, policies and procedures relating to rail access and works readiness are adhered to, ensuring the safe management of all people, including the general public and equipment whilst working, visiting or traversing the Rail Corridor in support of Victoria's 'Big Build' Infrastructure Program.

About You

To be a success in the role, you will possess:

  • Level 1 Train Track Safety Awareness (TTSA)
  • Construction Industry Induction Training (White Card)
  • Experience in a railway system operational or design environment
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary organisations
  • Planning/Scheduling and/or Project Management experience desirable.
  • High level of experience and proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Experience within Victoria Rail Projects would be highly regarded
