The Business Development Manager will oversee all customer relations for our concrete and quarry businesses located across Central Queensland.

You will be required to actively build relationships, be enthusiastic and have excellent time management skills. This role requires frequent and regular intrastate travel between QLD Regional Group sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, retain and grow Regional Group & Redimix Concrete's customer relationships.
  • Process orders to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and driving business by pro-actively sourcing and actioning sales leads.
  • General office administration.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues identified.
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Qualify sales enquires and promote new products to existing customers

Knowledge and experience required:
