One of highest growth areas at Global Sports is their embedded hiring services - whether it's a specific project or campaign that needs dedicated recruitment, or it's a client that wants to outsource all their hiring needs to us.

Global Sports offer an end-to-end solution for their talent attraction, selection and on-boarding.

ABOUT THE ROLE


Our client is looking for someone to join their dedicated hiring team of Talent Partners for one of our key accounts - helping them scale up their internal Resourcing team as they look to fill over 100 hires per year.

They are one of the biggest agencies in Sport & Entertainment and manage multiple brands within their roster of clubs and companies.

They are often at the heart of the most exciting and memorable sporting moments.

KEY RESPONSIBITLIES

  • Advise the hiring managers on the best talent attraction channels and routes to market for their particular need;
  • Support with writing great ad copy and promoting your vacancies in creative ways that truly represent your client and enhance their employer brand;
  • Manage all approved client vacancies from advertising to placement with expertise in shortlisting and interviewing;
  • Manage your work in a highly organised manner through their ATS;
  • Collate the necessary Management Information to support the Account Management team and Head of Global Sports Hiring to keep on track and up to date with progress;
  • Colead on weekly management calls and monthly review meetings with the Account Management team;

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Strong proven experience of recruitment for the full lifecycle within corporate roles (sport, hospitality or events would be great);
  • Experience of inhouse or RPO recruitment is highly desirable but not essential (as long as you can demonstrate transferable skills from agency);
  • Great communication skills, strong influencing and negotiating skills;
  • Highly organised and comfortable using modern recruitment technology platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, Job Boards etc);
  • Strong MS Office skills;
  • Experience of producing recruitment management information to track progress;
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to build rapport quickly;
