The technology enables the manufacture of complex industrial metallic parts sustainably, reliably, affordably and faster than traditional manufacturing processes.

The US business continues to grow with a strong forward order book and a newly established business development team cross functionally reporting into a locally based President as well as this role.

The recent decision to set up a manufacturing base in Stow, Ohio to complement the existing Adelaide facility further strengthens and positions AML3 D to deliver the ARCEMY system into Navy supply chain as well as Oil & Gas and Aerospace customers into the future.

The primary purpose of the role of Global VP Business Development is to capitalise on the existing sales pipeline, close out these proposals and design, and execute a strategic medium and long-term plan for account management across the key geographies of UK/Europe, US and Australia.

An experienced 'solutions' sales and business development executive, you'll be at home converting complex technology driven, total service solutions for customers preferably in the defence, aerospace, marine or oil & gas industries.

The ability to utilise technical sales support and articulate the value proposition of the AML3 D product range, whilst securing annual recurring revenue streams.

Developing committed and invested customer relationships, you will ensure the long term, cross-continental success, particularly in the 'prime' defence market.

A commercially astute and driven business development professional, you'll have demonstrated success in working with engineering professionals, project timelines, international customers and cross -functional teams.

Maintaining energy and drive, embarking on new markets to discover diversified application of the AML3 D offering and reporting at an executive and Board level are expected from the successful candidate.
