THE OPPORTUNITY

A hybrid role based in Mulgrave and reporting to the Head of Operations, this position will be responsible for the management of all elements of Pest, Waste & Hygiene.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to establish a contractual framework that improves financial and operational outcomes.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with contracted scope, costs, and active site list.
  • Actively identify opportunities for continual improvement within Pest, Waste & Hygiene services.
  • Own the relationship between our pest, waste & hygiene vendors, City and our partner.
  • Optimize service scope to reduce unnecessary expenditure and enhance sustainability.
  • Develop SLAs and KPIs that effectively measure the desired operational outcomes.
  • Ensure that vendors deliver existing scope across pest, waste & hygiene in compliance with regulatory and business expectations.

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

  • 5+ years experience in managing Pest, Waste & Hygiene contracts and service delivery across a high volume national portfolio (essential)
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (essential)
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, initiative and decisionmaking skills with an ability to multitask
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work in a high paced environment with a heavy workload
