About the role

  • The dynamic Team Manager EUC Devices role oversees workload and outcomes, driving efficient planning, implementation, control, review, and audit of desktop and software configurations, security and licensing. By providing expert advice and handling escalations, the manager ensures seamless collaboration with stakeholders in security, governance, licensing, and engineering.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement/communication plans, including complaint handling, issue resolution, and information dissemination.
  • Utilize customer and stakeholder feedback to assess the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
  • Prioritize areas for quality and/or environmental improvement based on business strategy, objectives, audits, and input from colleagues.
  • Plan and implement corrective actions for software deployments and OS configurations to enhance desktop system quality and security.
  • Identify system deficiencies and provide trusted advisory recommendations for effective solutions.
