Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage the full endtoend process for all new release titles, from initial research and briefing stages, to pitching products to retailers.
- Manage the restoration process for all titles, including coordinating physical materials, managing budgets, and directing quality control.
- Organise project schedules, run meetings, liaise with external and internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and present/report information.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the production of new releases.
- Secure senior management signoff of production documentation, such as costings/budgets, authoring plans, and POs.
Inventory/Stock Management
- Complete submissions to retailers and manage order quantities.
- Provide markdown assessments based on stock movement and sellthrough rate.
- Assess current SOH and provide a view on stock reorders.
Administration
- Data entry into internal systems for items related to production.
Experience:
- 35+ years experience in project/product management and operations.
- Very organised and prepared.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Ability to report information to management
- Autonomous and selfsufficient

The library boasts the largest collection of celebrated Australian films & TV shows in the country - one of the most dynamic selections of genre, foreign language, art house films, and TV shows produced.

Up to $1.00 per year
