Architectural Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Site Manager to join our team at Fetch, a leading high-end builder in Melbourne. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all work carried out on site, directing progress, and ensuring compliance with construction documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate site activities, including scheduling and supervising subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building plans, regulations, and codes of practice
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, and verify their quality
- Monitor and control project expenditure, including ETS spending
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure that all work meets the required standards
- Previous experience as a Site Manager for an architectural builder is essential
- History of delivering projects up to $15M on time and within budget
- Trade background, preferably in carpentry, and a strong network of trade contacts
- Experience with complex builds, including basements and tower cranes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
