This stable network allows us to maintain a steady supply of products, including conventional and organic quinoa and quinoa-derived products, as well as cacao, chia, hemp, various rices, and whole grains.

We possess the capability to deliver mixed pallets through to full container loads and can efficiently manage stock for just-in-time delivery.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough market research to source highquality food products from domestic and international markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaborative partnerships.
  • Negotiate favourable terms, prices, and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal quality.
  • Streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times; identify opportunities for cost savings and valueadded improvements.
  • Create purchase plans for each category and execute in line with organisational targets, whilst maintaining adequate inventory levels.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with relevant regulations, certifications, and documentation for food importation.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (including logistics, sales and finance) to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
