This opportunity is a true generalist role reporting to the Talent Lead and is an instrumental contributor to the success of the Talent function.

About the Position


This role requires strong stakeholder management and you will provide quality coaching, advice, and support to people leaders and employees on a range of people matters including but not limited to probation, change of employment terms and conditions, workforce planning, recruitment, and offboarding.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Providing effective HR Operations advice and guidance to the business and supporting the implementation of People and Safety initiatives;
Delivering customer support and authoritative advice on HR policy and practices and offer solutions aligned with organisational priorities to the organisation; and


Providing advice and guidance on recruitment and selection strategies and processes to enable hiring managers and applicants to self-manage process requirements.

Skills and Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience to support our journey:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent is desirable;
Hands on experience utilising and managing a diverse range of HRIS, preferable PageUp; and

Experience working with, and interpreting, Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and related industrial instruments.
