És responsável por receber os nossos hóspedes e monitorizar a estadia deles.

Tal como a Mama, providencias todos os elementos para um welcome personalizado e caloroso : personalização da estadia, check-in & check-out de hóspedes individuais e de grupos, recebes reservas last-minute, atendes os telefones e dás seguimento aos pedidos dos hóspedes.

De forma a assegurar follow-up, reportas as informações relevantes à equipa de direção (reclamações, comentários e feedback de hóspedes...).
Geres e és responsável pela caixa, bem como pela verificação das contas.
Editas, processas e fazes follow-up das faturas dos nossos clientes.

Envolves-te com o Marketing dos Serviços Mama, gostas de promover a nossa loja (de venda de produtos e merchandising), os nossos restaurantes e eventos.

Utilizas toda a tua criatividade e skills de escritapara deixar mensagens nos espelhos de todos os pisos e elevadores, com informação útil acerca de atividades locais e do hotel, para que os nossos hóspedes as possam aproveitar.
