About the role


This role will lead the creation and delivery of the ANZ Penfolds national accounts strategy to deliver profitable performance through exceptional customer and internal partnerships.

You will create a customer strategy that ensures the growth of Penfolds overall business through growth of allocated portfolio and delivery of key 'œPerformance driven'

- metrics:

  • Actively contribute to ANZ sales strategy and ensure full implementation of Penfolds ANZ sales strategy linked to company vision _. _
  • Delivery of JBP which is aligned to company & customer priorities.
  • 13 year plans for key customer group & banner plans.
  • Ensure first class execution on all key Brand and Category led Shopper Tactics and Innovation.
  • Ensure brilliant execution of all in store priorities via EDG & CLG's operational model.
  • Manage trading terms to deliver against financial guidelines and policies.

About you


We are searching for an FMCG sales professional who has experience at a Head of Customer level within national accounts.

Bringing a passion for wine, you will be an accomplished negotiator and will have an innovative approach to challenge the status quo and ensure that we deliver to our business plans.


  • Leadership level experience in national accounts within FMCG.
  • Deep experience in managing a business strategy and its execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and financially astute.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and able to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Leadership of a large teaM/Function and able to coach and develop your team to deliver high performance.
  • Effective planning skills across short, mid and longterm planning cycles.
