How you will make contributions that matter


Commencing on a 12-month fixed term contract, you will report to the Head of Sales - Independent Grocery and be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to deliver improved sales performance across your portfolio.


Key elements of your role will include:

  • Building and maintaining effective stakeholder and client relationships, both internally and externally
  • Assisting in the development of ongoing strategic category development customer business plans
  • Analysis and reporting of competitor activity
  • Partnering with your customer base to grow our footprint within their business
  • New Product and Product Change projects
  • Management of a key National portfolio in addition to state based and MSO responsibility


Due to the nature of the customer group, you will be required to undertake interstate travel as required to maintain your knowledge of their business and nurture relationships.

About you

As an experienced National Account Manager, you will enjoy working within a dedicated and collaborative team and possess the following:

  • Proven experience managing and growing national accounts, including exposure to multi-site operators
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with solid negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking ability and a flair for developing campaigns to deliver on this
  • Project Management / NPD launch experience is desirable
