About the role


Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, you will deliver the strategic, commercial, and execution plans within BWS, in line with the overarching TPB strategy and game plan.

In this position, you will present longer-term planning across category, activation and portfolio plans in BWS to convey joint business objectives.


  • Ensure delivery of key metrics within

BWS:
Net Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, % Trade Spend of Sales, Brand Contribution

  • Ensure full implementation of TPB ANZ sales strategy linked to customer strategy, through the Trading Platform
  • Ensure firstclass execution on all key Brand and Category led Shopper Initiatives and Innovation
  • Coach, manage and develop a National Account Executive
  • Play a key role across all NAM sales roles in TPB & Penfolds to build a collaborative community
  • Build account management capability within EG including trading terms investment and joint business plans

About you


We are searching for an FMCG sales professional who ideally brings national accounts experience and a proven ability to coach and develop a team to achieve high performance.

You'll be passionate and knowledgeable about wine and will be confident in delivering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Indepth experience managing a business strategy with a complex National customer
  • Proven experience in delivering a sales plan outside of the traditional retail instore plan
  • Demonstrated leadership in building a 360 digital shopper plan
  • Skilled in strategy development and execution
  • Strong strategic business focus
  • Capability to lead successful largescale negotiations
