Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience in analyzing data, extracting insights, and problemsolving through datainformed recommendations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in influencing and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of digital ads and Google's business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Advanced problem solving and project management skills.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, bringing ideas, energy, determination, and passion.

About the job:


As a Business Intelligence Analyst in Go-To-Market's (GTM) Central Strategy and Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work with regional leadership to analyze, identify, design opportunities to drive business growth and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Large Customer Sales, Central Strategy and several other GTM teams to deliver on the region's most important business priorities and enable our business organization.

You will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of topics in GTM and get exposure to several aspects of the business.

You will support GTM teams with analytical aptitude to make strategic decisions and achieve their business objectives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.

Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop and launch critical internal and external surveys that help shape our gotomarket approach.
  • Develop datadriven recommendations to optimize operational processes, enhance decisionmaking, and support new business initiatives. Present findings effectively through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Identify areas for course correction.
  • Maintain and improve on the data collecting, modeling and insight generation processes in place to track external market movements. This will include revenue estimates, change in budget spend allocation, etc.
