We are looking for a driven individual to join an established and successful full service firm, working across all areas of finance and lending, driving growth across several facets of their business. The role is an opportunity for a high calibre Mortgage Broker with operational/leadership experience looking to utilise their existing experience whilst continuing their professional development, taking on a role as the General Manager of Lending.

You will be an operational leader of the business and an integral part of its strategy and development, reporting directly to the CEO, managing an existing team of people, as well as managing complex deals and lending. This role has all the scope you want to demonstrate your capability, as well as providing you the opportunity to continue to develop professionally.

About you:
  • Strong broking experience with experience across, residential, commercial and asset lending
  • Experience in an operational or leadership role within the finance industry
  • A high calibre broker writing consistent strong numbers
  • Able to manage and mentor a team, undertake process improvement and implementation
  • Integrity and a driven attitude to drive business strategy and growth
  • Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About the role:
  • You will be an operational leader of the business and an integral part of its strategy and development
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, as well as facilitating growth across your channel
  • Managing an existing team of 6 people, as well as managing complex deals and lending
