SCH-HS Mayfield is looking for a Full Time Leader of Learning 2 point VET Coordinator to join their team in 2025.

SCH-HS – A school in the Dominican tradition. Adding Stage 6 from 2026 onwards.

Be part of a dedicated team focused on developing the 600 students from years 7-10;

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure high teaching standards

  • Provide engaging learning experiences for student well-being

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

  • Clear commitment to Catholic education
  • Success in driving continuous improvement and professional learning
  • Management skills for effective teaching programs
  • Ability to use data for organizational and educational optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior leadership experience (Desirable)
  • Working towards Teaching Standards (Desirable)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year trained teacher with at least four years' experience
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Anaphylaxis training
  • Postgraduate study in education (Desirable)

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary per Catholic Systemic Schools Agreement 2023.
