The job:

  • Assist $1,000,000 GCI selling principal in managing high-end property transactions
  • Conduct & participate in private appointments, open for inspections, and vendor meetings
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and recent sales
  • Prospecting to client database, helping with buyer call backs and identifying opportunities
  • Vendor coordination and updates including vendor reports and feedback
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Strong focus on prospecting warm leads including buyers through open homes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of proven sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of the Sydney property market generally and specifically in the Eastern Suburbs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • A confident phone manner; can pick up the phone to prospect for new business
  • Certificate of registration or class 2 licence with proof of up to date CPD training
