Description:

The Role


Reporting to the NSW State Sales Manager, this position is responsible for driving the lead generation process as part of the pipeline.

You will be educating architects on the Fairview product offering, confirming scope and colour requirements and working to get our product specified.

Gathering information on architects, builders, competitors and the market, and reporting it back through the relevant systems for analysis and action, whilst establishing and developing relationships with any identified architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lead generation process
  • Uploading data on new build opportunities and directing the opportunities into the appropriate marketing journey.
  • Working with Sales and Product Management to determine projects and conduct specialised searches to identify and determine the course of action and allocation.
  • Monitor the progress of opportunities being scored in the marketing journey and allocate the opportunities.
  • Opportunity Pipeline call project stakeholders to gather information and qualify leads: Confirming product specifications, timing, scope, and colour requirements and recording the relevant information in Salesforce.
  • Architect Contact establish contact with project architects, developing the relationship.
  • Internal Teamwork work closely with the Project Sales teams.

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Results focused following through to get the end result every time
  • Proven sales experience
  • Well presented and of good standing
Desirable

  • Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
  • Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry
  • Track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience with business software such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Smartsheet, Cordell and Microsoft Office Suite
