Key responsibilitiesIn the role of Government and Stakeholder Relations Advisor you will be responsible for helping lead the daily operations of the Government and Stakeholder Relations team, providing high-level project and operational advice and efficiently resolving stakeholder concerns and ministerial inquiries.

Some of your responsibilities will include: - Coordinate and draft executive and ministerial correspondence, ensuring high
- quality, timely, and accurate content aligning with government and departmental standards. Provide professional and timely advice to other business areas through the identification of customer feedback trends in relation to key business projects and network improvements. Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other divisions and government agencies, to ensure accurate and timely information flows while adhering to correspondence protocols and being responsive to changes in stakeholder needs and expectations. Assist the manager and senior colleagues in identifying process and skills gaps, business risks and opportunities for improving correspondence procedures and assist in handling sensitive and confidential administrative information. Support in preparing and distributing daily reports for TransLink Division.
