Due to growth, we are on the lookout for a Client Executive to join the dentsu QLD team in February 2023.


What your typical day will look like:

In this role, you, the Client Executive will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients.

The role involves working closely with the Associate, working together to ensure campaigns go to market as they have been planned, and that delivery is in line with booked parameters

Core responsibilities include:

  • You will have a thorough understanding media landscape (offline and online) and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation and optimisation (offline and online).
  • This includes supporting across; reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.
  • You will support on all bookings loaded efficiently with mínimal queries and resolve these in timely fashion.
  • You will stay up to date with media landscape and knowledge keeping a curious mind.
  • You will support the management of offline media bookings & specs documentation and output with the Government Master offline buying team.

  • You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to dentsu QLD's Media Partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines
  • Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers
  • Strong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms
  • A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner
