Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, the Head of Organisational Development will be responsible for leading the implementation of a range of organisational development and change programs focussed on building the culture and capability of CFA to meet current and future strategic requirements.

The position will lead the thinking and design of CFA's organisation structure, ensure that key people strategies are in place and have been developed collaboratively across the organisation, and in alignment with key business priorities and direction.


About You:


Working closely with the extended Executive team and the Senior Leadership of People and Culture you will actively participate in the strategic development of the organisation, provide leadership and foster collaboration across all functions/ departments, and act with the utmost professionalism, integrity and trust as guided by our values.

You will lead the development and implementation of CFA People Capability & Leadership Framework, Diversity and Inclusion Framework, Succession, Talent and Performance Frameworks, Policies and Procedures to ensure a contemporary approach to meeting CFA's workforce capability and development needs.

As an experienced leader you will provide the vision for the Centre of Excellence functions responsible for developing and implementing best practice solutions to drive CFA's culture transformation - Learning and Development (L&D), Organisational Development (OD), and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
