Main Duties

  • Supporting and preparing project charters and technical documents.
  • Providing feedback to the Carole Park Site Steering Committee.
  • Communicating updates and delivering presentations to various groups across the site.
  • Ensuring project alignment with business objectives and key drivers.
  • Reviewing and preparing project status reports.
  • Collaborating on Change Control and optimization opportunities.
  • Supporting business initiatives for compliance and improved customer service.
  • Developing and sharing key project metrics.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing Project Management and/or change management.
  • Industry background in batch manufacturing (or equivalent).
