What we are looking for:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive operator to join our Fulfilment team, with a strong emphasis on Master QC and other QC workflows.

In the role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality assurance for a variety of media types, delivered to our clients according to their specifications.

This position is full-time on a Monday to Friday roster from either 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality control of all deliverables ensuring client specifications are met
  • Master, linear, and spot QC of upcoming and catalogue OTT releases
  • Create comprehensive and detailed reports.
  • Work to tight deadlines, ensuring fasttracked TV series are processed in time for release
  • Actively monitor project risks, foreseeing problems and proactively identifying solutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments, locally and internationally
  • Attend client meetings offering support for sales and client services
  • Monitor performance and KPI's
  • Design, document and produce workflows
  • Provide simplified explanations of technical workflows, procedures and definitions
  • Willing to travel as required. Domestic and Internationally
  • Perform additional technical and administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in an operations, broadcast, postproduction environment or similar
  • Previous video QC experience
  • Solid technical understanding of the television, OTT, and film industry
  • Medium understanding of HDR and Dolby Vision
  • A love for metadata
  • Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, frame rates etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of major media software and hardware. Including, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, Graymeta Iris and Clipster
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new procedures and processes
  • Strong understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of basic command line operations
  • VTR knowledge of current and redundant formats is favourable
