About the role:


Working with the Transformation team to lead discovery workshops with various Finance leaders/stakeholders and related enabling functions areas (e.g., LoSs, Procurement, DigiTech, Business Risk etc.).

Includes user/business engagement plan, interviewing, workshops, customer journey mapping, high level requirements, rollout strategy, pilot test design, handover/review of existing UX work done.


Responsibilities:

  • They are responsible for defining the project or the product scope and having the vison on how technology and design can create usable.
  • Ensure all activities are led from an inclusive, humancentered design perspective, including describing the client experience vision, business goals, and success factors that meet business strategy, as well as defining functionality, navigation, and interaction models to create an engaging and effective user experience.
  • Prepare UX deliverables such as personas, user journeys, prototypes, 'light' functional specifications, site maps, flows, site audits, etc. Find out what UX expertise and other UX support is needed.
  • Review projects pipeline and work with teams to understand resource availability so that deliverables and revisions can be produced on time.
  • Work with a resource to plan for the right expertise to be added to the UX team by liaising with internal partners, external resourcing partners, agencies, and other networks.
  • Work closely with the experience and technical team to develop a detailed proposal for the next stage of the program following discovery (project scope, schedules, and budgets)

Skills and experience:

  • Capable of describing and championing UX to internal teams and clients.
  • Creativity in concepting interaction concepts and models.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a thirst to expand your knowledge and abilities.
  • In addition to service design, process design, and agiledriven activities, experience includes research plan design, discovery activities such as interviews, surveys, content audits, prioritization, personas, customer journeys, information design, prototyping, usability testing, and roadmap development.
  • As part of the discovery output, support technology audits, solution designs, costings, and ROI calculations.
