What you'll do
- Lead a small team, to provide full cycle recruiting services which will include: leading strategy session discussions with hiring managers; presenting labor market intelligence and consultation; sourcing and presenting candidate slate to hiring manager with recommendations; preparing for and managing offers to candidates
- Build a strong, active relationship with the Global TA team, attending meetings and learning sessions with the team (note: at times, these may require some out of hours commitment)
- Champion the recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on strategic and recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparison
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, the Regional Remuneration Specialist, leaders, hiring managers and candidates for a dedicated functional area
- Present quarterly performance metrics to senior leadership
- Support special projects for as required on behalf of the HR Team
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines
What experience you need
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruitment for senior level critical roles in corporate and/or agency settings
- 3+ years experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing/recruiting outlets
- Experience reporting metrics and performance related data to senior leaders
- Good understanding of employment brand strategies
What could set you apart
- 5+ years experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing/recruiting outlets
- Experience reporting metrics and performance related data to senior leaders
- Experience across a range of functions, with specialisation Technology, Data and Analytics and/or Sales/Product functions highly advantageous
- Workday experience
- Gsuite experience
- Proven experience negotiating complex packages effectively
