Our Container Deposit Scheme team is looking for a Plant Supervisor.

With this opportunity you will lead a team of maintenance personnel and service providers to manage and maintain fixed plant assets safely and effectively.

The position

  • Conduct regular reviews of tasks being performed and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure tasks are correctly planned and prepared
  • Ensure employees are educated in the requirements necessary to operate effectively on site
  • Provide training and feedback to operators with respect to quality
  • Manage day to day purchasing of equipment and material required for plant operation

Skills and Experience

  • Degree qualifications in a related field (desirable)
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Commitment to safety and environment processes
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Senior first aid ticket and Forklift ticket
