About the Role

We are looking for an OHW Supervisor to join our Rail Operations hub in Laverton North, VIC.

In this role, you will oversee the construction and maintenance of Rail Traction Overhead Wiring Systems (OHW), ensuring safe delivery of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily meetings for coordinated project delivery.
  • Support implementation of HSEMS systems and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor performance of team members and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enhance your skills and knowledge in construction methodologies.
  • Manage program deliverables and progress within the project area.

About You

  • Hold UET30721 or equivalent Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Rail Traction.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Overhead Wiring construction at a supervisory level.
