About the role:


As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a dedicated point of contact and support for our clients and Accounting Directors.

Your role involves managing diaries, assisting in business development, and supporting the Practice Manager with various projects. You play a crucial part in maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.

About the Accounting team:

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting 34 Directors with their busy schedules including diary management, travel plans and client contact schedules
  • Assisting Directors and team members in business development activities
  • Preparing proposals and engagement letters for clients and assist and engage with our amazing clients
  • Managing client onboarding including CRM management, Corporate Compliance and handling new client leads
  • Working with colleagues from both the administration and accounting team to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements:

We want to hear from people who have:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Bi, HubSpot, and project management software.
  • Experience in a public accounting firm is highly regarded.
