Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in VIC, NSW, the ACT and QLD.

We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects.

We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join the team in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager this role will be responsible for ensuring incoming phone calls, new job instructions and enquiries are received and actioned in a timely, professional manner while providing excellent communication to all stakeholders.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating communications to Internal and Client data bases, systems, and portals
  • Managing new job registrations with a strong attention to detail
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling of the Estimation team and Restoration technicians where required
  • Liaising with clients over the phone at all stages of the claim repair process
  • Triage incoming new works, engage Restoration tech's and arrange initial site inspection/make safe works.
  • Preparation and issuing of repair contracts for approved repairs works
  • Build relationships with local Loss adjustors and insurance companies as well as other noninsurance clients
  • Preparation and submitting quoted works to clients and or on portals
