About the Role

We are seeking a Rostering and Quality Coordinator to undertake a 360-role encompassing 3 main responsibilities being Payroll, Rostering of care, and overseeing NDIS Funding Agreements.

Your duties may include:

  • Prepare Payroll fortnightly and handover to their outsourced Payroll partner for review and processing. This includes reviewing timesheets ensuring alignment with rostered hours
  • Rostering of 50 staff over their SIL homes and Community Participation, in accordance with participants service agreement and roster of care
  • Quality and Compliance ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislative obligations
  • Document control
  • Liaise with auditors ensuring compliance across all areas
  • Ensuring NDIS Funding Agreements and Rostering of Care Tools are recorded against program of support to ensure accurate billing

About you
A strong administrator with a high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines, you will also have:

  • A passion for numbers and like puzzles
  • Knowledge of the SCHADS award and NDIS would be highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Deputy, Visual Care, Xero and One Drive
  • Excellent communication skills
