  • Define the IT strategic roadmap and focus on overall strategy with the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architecture:

  • Manage and create client-specific technology architecture strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on technology matters.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand services and drive internal capability development.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for new technologies and prepare technical presentations.
  • Drive innovation and service excellence programs and educate teams on future strategies.
  • Enhance client relationships and increase client value through technical expertise.
  • Analyze requirements, develop project plans, and communicate architectural designs.
  • Successful candidates must have NV1 Security Clearance, IT Service Delivery expertise, and experience as a technical lead.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology field, 15+ years of experience as an IT Architect and Innovation leader.
  • Self-motivated personality with expertise in Digital Workplace.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and travel regularly.
  • Eligibility for Security Check (SC) level clearance is required.
