**What you'll experience
Located in Heathwood, Brisbane HCFDC is the latest distribution centre of it's kind in the Primary Connect Network.

The 42,000 sqm temperature controlled 24/7 facility - equivalent to more than three times the size of the Suncorp Stadium playing field - enables fresher, faster and more efficient deliveries of around 4,000 frozen and chilled products to more than 260 stores across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

**What you'll do

  • Supervise the performance of a large team to meet production targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards and service levels.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders. Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
