Role purpose

Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, the key purpose of the Guest Experience Representative is to provide in centre communication, coordination and information services for our customers to ensure their experience is better, easier and more enjoyable, leaving a lasting and positive impression of Chadstone. This will include providing a fond welcome and farewell, smoothly and efficiently answering customer queries relating to centre services and facilities, making recommendations, facilitating gift card sales, providing general tourist information and arranging shuttle bus booking, sand other guest related assistance.

What will you bring?

You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer facing role. You will have a professional and customer focussed approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and customer feedback. You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities and have a sound background working independently with minimal supervision. You'll be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.
