We are a preventative wellbeing experience in the heart of South Melbourne seeking vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to create a positive guest experience.


Position:

Hours:
Flexible - Morning / Afternoon / Weekends

Guest Experience Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to EQ with genuine warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests and guiding them through our wellbeing experience
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance of our space to uphold our high standards of excellence.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures
  • Demonstrate initiative and common sense in addressing the needs of our guests and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Genuine interest in wellness and a desire to contribute to the holistic wellbeing experience of our guests.
  • Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative and common sense in problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
