They are currently seeking a talented GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER to lead a team of Guest Experience Hosts.

THE ROLE

  • Develop, activate and execute all aspects of guest interactions
  • Create unforgettable experiences for guests
  • Lead and drive your team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide relevant training and development for the Guest Experience team
