The Organisation
Our client is a privately owned company. They are a major distributor of fertilisers, chemicals, seeds and other farm supplies to the Australian agricultural industry.
The company has long recognised the importance of providing the right information and backup to its customers by employing highly qualified field staff.
Role overview
The Pronto specialist will lead a Business Transformation, is a critical appointment and is charged with transforming business practices through the implementation of the Pronto Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
Its key focus is to convert the objectives of the business into technical solutions that can be configured within the Pronto platform, and then to guide the business to use these solutions to their full potential (Pronto Xi)The implementation of this ERP is a significant change for the business.
The Business Transformation Lead will be primarily responsible for implementing this new ERP and working with the business to ensure real business transformation and productivity effectiveness and improvements.
This position must be able to work with the Board, senior leaders of the organisations, domain experts and key operatives to ensure the adoption of the business practices.
Tech Skills required
- Previous experience in implementing new ERP system (not just upgrades)
- Pronto system experience is essential
- Will have at least 23 ERP implementations under your belt
- Data Extraction, Transformation and Load
- Ability to deal with large quantities of data and stock items
- Business process redesign experience
- Omnichannel / Digital business experience
- Working in fast paced business environment
