About Us


Dynamic Staffing Solutions is a Victorian based business that is seeking an Account Manager to join our driven and supportive team.

We have clients all over Australia with a heavy presence in Victoria and this role will see you sourcing new business across a variety of different industries and managing accounts.

We are offering career progression and have a strong history of promotion within.

For experienced consultants we are offering a place to leverage your well-honed recruiting skills to maximise personal and business returns.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Visit clients and manage requirements, forecasting, performance and safety
  • Preparing advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
  • Database management (RecruitOnline), adding notes and filling orders

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Personable, enjoys dealing with people and has strong ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
  • Initiative, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High levels of selfmotivation and initiative
  • Takes ownership of and accountability for one's work is required in this role
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
  • Demonstrated strong administration skills and ability to multitask and work within competing priorities


Most of all you must enjoy working with a variety of temporary and permanent roles in manufacturing, transport, logistics, trades, customer service, administration.
