Once you have been fully inducted and trained up on the product range, you will;

  • Ensure consistency of message and drive brand growth and recognition
  • Effectively lead and develop the marketing team, motivating and engaging each team member to help achieve their full potential
  • Oversee the creation of highquality written content, creating engaging material that drives engagement
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis to demonstrate ROI from campaign activities
  • Develop strong relationships with the trade and commercial partners as advocates for the company brand
  • Through marketing initiatives drive growth in SQL and MQL generation, increase traffic to the website and improve loyalty, relationship nurture and "closeloop" strategies for residential, commercial and trade markets
  • Provide marketing support to the commercial department to ensure the sales team have the correct resources and collateral, to effectively represent to commercial clients
Identify and develop national Marketing & Communications opportunities, maintain and leverage key relationships.

Operate as an effective and proactive member of the business leadership team and contribute insight and ideas to drive the business forward.


You will have;

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, with 10+ years' experience working in multifaceted marketing role and a minimum 5 years of leadership responsibilities
  • A creative, energetic, positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, take initiative and make decisions
  • Ability to create innovative new design ideas with excellent attention to detail
  • Skills in marketing and communications, marketing management, inbound marketing, event management and digital marketing
  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce/Marketing Cloud (would be highly advantageous)
  • Experience working in both businesstobusiness and businesstocustomer sectors civil, structural, residential and commercial
