We are currently seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to join our exceptional team at Baxter Healthcare Corporation as an Inventory Controller. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a world-class organization dedicated to delivering flawless healthcare solutions to patients worldwide.

As an Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory levels and accuracy of stock records. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will enable you to successfully implement inventory control strategies and optimize supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with 3PL and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve inventory issues. Responsible for stock transactions including but not limited to; transfer between branch plants, stock conversions and write offs. Provide 3PL with weekly cycle counts. Investigate and resolve any variances. Lead weekly review of shared registers with 3PL ensuring timely actions are taken to deliver outcomes to customers. Monthly review of Excess & Obsolete with goal to reduce inventory. Provide end of month stock on hand report and reconcile any variances. Participate in MBR with 3PL partner and review and correct EDI errors between ERPs & 3PL WMS Manage and Lead inventory audits in conjunction with Finance partners. Regular review and disposition of quarantined stock in conjunction with Quality Assurance partners. Coordinate ad-hoc warehouse activities with 3PL.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in stock management environment Systems savvy with experience in SAP and JDE. Not essential but preferred. Tertiary qualified with an Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Business or related field Problem solving and Results driven Strong communication skills and People management
