Our North East Area is looking for a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to become part of the team

Remember: you'll need a driver's license and your vehicle as you'll need to travel for this role.

Please, be aware that rosters are set in advance. Before applying, make sure you're available for the following schedule:

Roster (30 hours per week):

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday : 9:30am - 4:00pm

As the Customer Banking Specialist at the North East Area Branch, you will:

  • Engage in detailed discussions with every customer to understand how we can address their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications
  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to evaluate customers' financial requirements and identify any necessary adjustments
  • Present customer options through educational sessions on our in-branch technology and digital banking alternatives
  • Resolve issues and offer effective solutions while promoting our procedures and maintaining a risk-averse culture

We're looking for individuals who have

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
  • Outstanding communication abilities and the capability to explain financial concepts clearly
  • The skill to ask the right questions, find resolutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a bustling, results-oriented retail setting, with a focus on providing comprehensive solutions for customers
