  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9.30am-4pm

What You'll Do

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs
  • Support customers with enquiries, maintenance, and credit product applications
  • Complete Financial Health Checks for customers' financial needs
  • Provide customer options through education on in-branch technology and digital banking
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while following processes & implementing a risk-averse culture

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, ideally in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and financial term articulation
  • Ability to find solutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Work well in a busy retail environment and provide holistic solutions
  • Interest in advancing with CommBank and enhancing customers' financial wellbeing
