Your Role:
As the
Customer Banking Specialist at our
Chadstone Branch, you will:

  • Engage in detailed discussions with each customer to cater to their banking requirements such as Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to evaluate customers' financial needs and suggest any necessary adjustments
  • Present banking options to customers through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking services
  • Resolve issues efficiently by promoting our protocols, procedures, and emphasizing our risk-conscious approach

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, acting with honesty, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Capable of thriving in a bustling retail setting, understanding customers' overall needs, and providing comprehensive solutions
  • Genuine passion for advancing in the financial sector with CommBank and enhancing our customers' financial well-being
