About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and teach the Global Cultures (CULS30006) offering, stepping in as a temporary replacement for the substantive coordinator.
Adopting a student-centric approach will be integral to your success in this position, ensuring an enriching and inclusive learning environment for all.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertake consultation with students.
- Manage breaches of academic integrity.
- Assist with Special Consideration queries and outcomes.
- Prepare and conduct lectures, seminars, and tutorials in the required mode (eg. online, on campus, blended) to a high standard.

We are seeking a committed and engaging educator, with a commitment to inclusivity in student learning, and the ability to work collaboratively with students.
You will possess extensive organisational skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

You will also have:
- Completion of a Doctoral or Master qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent relevant academic or professional or practicebased experience and expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching delivery.
- Experience in supervising, coaching and supporting staff and fostering an effective teaching team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
